Sometimes your video project won’t have a script. Shooting a conference or event for example. Just because your video doesn’t have a script, doesn’t mean we can’t plan what to shoot. Colton talks you through some of the questions we’ll ask you to make sure we’re getting the right footage to get the results you have in mind.
We’ll ask questions about the emotion you’re trying to evoke. Do you want people to laugh? Cry? What color tempreature are you looking for? Something warm and inviting, or cool and invigorating? What about the people, are we capturing the event as a whole or are we following one person and getting their perspective? And what about shots? Do you want a lot of close ups, or distance shots?
We’ll be sure to ask all the right questions to make sure your video turns out how you want it, script or not.
