Colton, one of our Producers and Project Managers lets you know how you can improve your project to save time and money from the start.

Let your video production company know ALL the details, even stuff you think is too small to mention, or things you think are a given. If everyone is on the same page there will be no chance for mistakes or misunderstandings. For example:

  • The type of music you want. Do you like lo-fi anime and hip-hop jams to relax and study to? Or are you more of a club/house mix kinda company?
  • Are their actors in your video? Do you have a specific gender or age range in mind? What about look- conservative or outgoing?
  • How about location? When you say “park” are you thinking a large city park, or a local neighborhood park, or maybe a national park?

When communicating these ideas to us, it is extremely helpful to have 3 examples of each ready to go. We may even ask you more questions specific to your project that you may not have thought of, and taking time to find examples for us is ok, but the more you have ready to go at the start, the faster your project can advance.

We hope this video and these tips help you improve your project!
