When working on your video, we may offer you different lens packages. If you’re unfamiliar with them, it might seem a little overwhelming, or confusing. Sam is here to help breakdown the different packages for you to show you how they’re different.
The value package involves zoom lenses. These lenses are great for movement, or any type of filming where the focus will be adjusted on the fly, as we can adjust the focus as we go.
If you aren’t moving and have a fixed focal length, you can go for Prime lenses. They do not have an adjustable focal length but offer more features to make your video look nicer. Because you can’t adjust the focal length, you’ll likely need 2-3 of these lenses to capture what you need.
Another package is cine lenses. they’re called cine, like cinema because they’re the lenses used for movies. They pair with more expensive cameras but will give you that movie quality picture.
